CANCELLATION POLICY

As this is a prepaid Premium Experience, Event Pass bookings are non-refundable after the venue's final booking deadline.

If you're unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Where possible, we'll always try to accommodate changes or transfer your booking, subject to availability.
