Booking Policy

Most DEIGHT events require advance booking, and spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Members are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment, particularly for premium and limited-capacity experiences.

Your place is only confirmed once you have received your booking confirmation. Some events may require an additional payment, which will be clearly stated on the event page.

If an event reaches capacity, you may have the option to join a waiting list. Should a place become available, it will be offered to members in order of the waiting list.

Please ensure you only book events you intend to attend. This helps us provide the best possible experience for all members and supports our venue partners.

Cancelling Your Attendance

If you're unable to attend an event you've booked, please cancel your place as soon as possible through your booking confirmation or by contacting the DEIGHT team. This allows another member the opportunity to attend and helps us manage venue numbers effectively.

Where possible, we ask that cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the event.

No-Show Policy

Our events often have limited spaces, and every booking matters. If you book a place and do not attend without cancelling in advance, it prevents another member from enjoying the experience.

Repeated no-shows may result in reduced booking priority , a £20 no show fine or, in persistent cases, a review of your membership.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible—we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

Dress codes may vary depending on the event or venue. Please refer to the individual event listing for the recommended dress code before attending. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help.
