Deight is a social community for single people that brings members together through events, activities, and shared experiences.

Our goal is to create opportunities for genuine real-world connections to develop naturally over time.

IS DEIGHT A DATING SERVICE?

No.

Deight is a social community for single people.

While all members are single, Deight is not a dating service and does not provide matchmaking.

Instead, we create opportunities for members to meet, socialise, attend events, build friendships, expand their social circles, and form genuine connections through shared experiences.

We believe the strongest connections often develop naturally when people spend time together in real-world environments, without the pressure often associated with traditional dating platforms.

WHO IS DEIGHT FOR?

Deight is for single adults who want to:

• Meet new people

• Expand their social circle

• Attend events and activities

• Build genuine connections

• Make new friends

• Spend time with positive and like-minded people

HOW DOES MEMBERSHIP WORK?

Members pay a monthly membership fee which provides access to the Deight Community and member benefits.

Once approved, members can access community events, activities, updates, and exclusive opportunities available to members.

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

Membership pricing is displayed on the membership page at the time of joining.

Membership is charged monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes.

Membership operates on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.

Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.

IS THERE A CONTRACT OR MINIMUM TERM?

No.

There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments.

WHY IS THERE AN APPLICATION PROCESS?

We want to create a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable community for everyone.

The application process helps us maintain the culture, quality, and standards of the community.

DOES EVERYONE GET ACCEPTED?

Most are however, all applications are reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications where we believe membership may not be in the best interests of the community.

HOW LONG DOES APPROVAL TAKE?

Most applications are reviewed the same day however please allow up to 48 hours.

Applicants will receive updates via email.

ARE EVENTS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?

Yes.

Your membership provides access to a minimum of SIX (6) community events and activities each month.

How many events you choose to attend is entirely up to you.

To attend an event, members simply RSVP to reserve their place, subject to availability and any event-specific requirements.

In addition to the events included with membership, we may also organise premium events, partner events, special experiences, trips, or ticketed events which may require an additional payment.

✓ 6 socials every month, included — 4 midweek lounge socials and 2 Sunday reset socials, every single month, no extra cost

✓ Member access to 1 premium Saturday experience a month (boat parties, Wine tasting, race days, dining nights and more) — optional, with a small extra cost for food and drinks at member pricing

Details of any additional costs will always be clearly communicated in advance.

HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU RUN?

Members receive access to a minimum of SIX (6) community events and activities every month, alongside additional premium events, special experiences, and partner events throughout the year.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EVENT IS FULL?

Some events have limited capacity.

Places are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We encourage members to BOOK early to avoid disappointment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK AND CAN NOT ATTEND?

Members should cancel their BOOKED EVENT at least 24 hours before an event.

Members who fail to attend without providing at least 24 hours' notice may be charged a £20 No-Show Fee.

This policy helps us maintain event quality, attendance reliability, and fairness for all members.

The No-Show Fee must be paid before a member can BOOK to future events.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

Events are generally reserved for approved members of the Deight Community.

Where guest attendance is permitted, this will be clearly stated for the individual event.

CAN I REFER FRIENDS TO THE COMMUNITY?

Yes.

We encourage members to introduce like-minded single friends who would be a great fit for the community.

As a thank you, friends referred by existing members will receive 25% off their first month of membership when they join and are approved.

All referred members must still complete the application process and meet the standards of the community.

Membership approval remains subject to review and acceptance by Deight.

CAN I PROMOTE MY BUSINESS WITH IN THE COMMUNITY?

No.

Deight operates a zero-tolerance policy towards business promotion, recruitment, prospecting, lead generation, networking for commercial purposes, and unsolicited sales activity.

The community exists for social connection, not commercial activity.

Members found using the community for business purposes may have their membership terminated without warning or refund.

WHAT MAKES DEIGHT DIFFERENT?

Most platforms focus on introductions and matching.

Deight focuses on creating environments where people can regularly spend time together, build familiarity, and develop genuine connections naturally through shared experiences.

We believe meaningful friendships and relationships are more likely to develop when people have regular opportunities to connect in real life.

WHY ARE ALL MEMBERS SINGLE?

The community is specifically designed for single people because members are often looking to expand their social circles and meet others who are in a similar stage of life.

However, Deight is not built around matchmaking or dating pressure. The focus is on creating a welcoming social environment where genuine connections can develop naturally.
