  1. No Refunds or Transfers for Event Tickets:

    • Event tickets purchased through our platform are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another individual.
    • This policy is in place to encourage commitment to attending events and to maximise participation levels, contributing to a vibrant and engaging experience for all members.

  2. Completion of Minimum Membership Term:

    • All members are required to complete the minimum term of their membership, as specified in their chosen membership package.

    • This requirement ensures that members fully engage with the Deight community and have ample opportunities to benefit from our services and events.

  3. Cancellation After Minimum Term:

    • After the minimum membership term has elapsed, members have the option to cancel their membership.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and a minimum notice period may apply, as outlined in our Membership Duration and Cancellation policy.
    • Upon cancellation, members will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees previously paid.

  4. Exceptions:

    • In exceptional circumstances, such as event cancellations or rescheduling by Deight, we may offer refunds or credits for future events at our discretion.
    • Refund eligibility criteria will be communicated to affected members on a case-by-case basis.
