Membership Terms and Conditions:
20 ) **Acceptance of Terms:**
By becoming a member of Deight Events Ltd, you agree to abide by these membership terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not become a member of Deight Events Ltd.
21) **Membership Eligibility:**
Membership with Deight Events Ltd is open to individuals who are at least 30 years of age and single. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
22) **Membership Fees:**
Membership with Deight Events Ltd requires payment of a monthly membership fee. By becoming a member, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee on a monthly basis.
23) **One-time Registration Fee:**
To initiate your membership application, a one-time non-refundable registration fee will be charged. This fee covers the costs of the identification check and background check.
24) **Membership Approval:**
Membership approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of Deight Events Ltd. If your membership application is denied, any registration fees paid will be refunded, minus administrative fees and expenses incurred for the identification and background checks.
25) **Cancellation and Refunds:**
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 14 days before the final payment is due. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in automatic renewal of your membership. Refunds for membership fees will be provided according to the terms outlined in the membership agreement.
26) **Waiting List:**
We operate a waiting list for individuals interested in joining Deight.
27) **Decorum:**
We expect all members to maintain the highest standards of behavior and treat others with respect during our events.
28) **Equal Numbers Policy:**
We strive to organise events with equal numbers of participants to ensure balanced experiences. Event numbers are subject to change until the day of the event, and Deight Events Ltd cannot be held responsible for cancellations or no-shows.
29) **Event Booking:**
To secure your spot at an event, please book your place on the website. Access to book the events will also be in the private community hub. All premium event bookings require prepayment, and for any free events, we work on a first-come-served basis. Please be quick, as these events fill up quickly.
30) **Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:**
In case Deight Events Ltd cancels or reschedules an event we will offer refunds or credits that can be used for future events. Refund eligibility for cancellations made by members will be based on specific timeframes, as communicated by Deight Events Ltd.
31) **Media Rights:**
Deight Events Ltd reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media recorded at our events for promotional purposes.
32) **Using Deight For Commercial Gain:**
Membership at Deight Events Ltd is intended solely for personal social interactions and not for commercial purposes.It is not permitted to join Deight Events Ltd or attend any event for the purposes of commercial gain of any kind.
If you breach this term, you agree to pay us a minimum fee of £5,000.
If you are approached by anyone at one of our events, and it appears that their approach may have some commercial element, please advise us immediately.
33) **Non-Disclosure of Personal Details:**
For added security, do not share any personal details with other members. This includes any financial details, home addresses, emails, phone numbers, either online, in the community hub, or at the events.
