IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Deight is a private members club.
Following purchase, all applicants must complete a membership application, successfully complete identity verification and be approved before access to member benefits is granted.
Access to the Members Lounge, member-only events, exclusive experiences and community features will only be activated once the onboarding process has been successfully completed.
Membership subscriptions commence immediately upon purchase and continue until cancelled by the member. Access to membership benefits is subject to completion of the application, approval and identity verification process.
HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Step 1: Join Deight
Purchase your membership and secure your place within the Deight community.
Step 2: Complete Your Application
Following purchase, you'll receive a link to complete your membership application. This allows us to learn more about you and helps us maintain the quality, integrity and experience of the Deight community.
Step 3: Membership Review
Our membership team will carefully review your application and notify you of the outcome.
Step 4: Identity Verification
Approved applicants will be invited to complete a secure identity verification check. This helps maintain a trusted and authentic membership community.
Step 5: Activate Your Membership
Once your identity verification has been successfully completed and your membership has been activated, you'll gain access to the Members Lounge, member-only events, exclusive experiences and member communications.
MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE NOTICE
By purchasing a Deight membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
Membership is subject to completion of a membership application.
Membership is subject to approval by Deight.
Identity verification is a mandatory requirement of membership.
Access to member benefits, events, community areas and member-only content will only be granted once the onboarding process has been successfully completed.
Membership subscriptions commence immediately upon purchase.
Membership fees are payable from the date of purchase and continue until cancelled by the member.
Failure to complete the onboarding process does not automatically cancel a membership subscription.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS & VERIFICATION
All membership purchases are subject to completion of the Deight onboarding process.
The onboarding process includes:
Submission of a membership application
Review and approval by Deight
Successful identity verification
Access to member benefits, events, community areas, member communications and member-only content will not be granted until the onboarding process has been successfully completed.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are payable from the date of purchase and will continue on a recurring basis until cancelled by the member.
Membership subscriptions commence immediately upon purchase and are not dependent upon completion of the onboarding process.
It is the member's responsibility to complete the onboarding process, including the membership application and identity verification requirements.
Failure to complete the onboarding process does not automatically cancel a membership subscription.
Membership fees will continue to be charged until the member cancels their subscription in accordance with these terms.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE ONBOARDING
Members are responsible for completing the onboarding process following purchase.
Failure to complete the onboarding process may delay or prevent access to membership benefits until all onboarding requirements have been satisfied.
Membership subscriptions remain active unless cancelled by the member and recurring membership fees will continue to be payable during this period.
Deight may contact members to request outstanding information or documentation where required.
MEMBERSHIP DECISIONS
Deight reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application at its sole discretion.
Due to the nature of the review process, individual feedback regarding membership decisions will not be provided.
If an application is declined, Deight reserves the right to cancel the associated membership subscription and process any refund due in accordance with its Membership Terms and applicable consumer legislation.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Identity verification is a mandatory requirement of membership.
Membership benefits, event access, community access and member-only services may be withheld until identity verification has been successfully completed.
Failure to complete identity verification may result in suspension of access to membership benefits until verification requirements have been satisfied.
CHECKOUT CONFIRMATION STATEMENT
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your Deight membership subscription begins immediately and will continue until cancelled by you. Membership is subject to completion of an application, approval by Deight and successful identity verification. Failure to complete the onboarding process does not automatically cancel your membership subscription, and recurring membership fees will continue until cancellation is requested by the member.
